Surrounded by beautiful farm land that is criss-crossed with footpaths. Ideally situated to explore the historic market town of Monmouth only 2 miles away with shops and restaurants and the Wye Valley and The Forest of Dean with the interesting Sculpture Trails. Cardiff a city renowned for culture entertainment shopping and sports historic houses and castles is approximately 40 minutes drive. Tintern Abbey is a lovely venue for a day out or perhaps spend the day on the river at Symonds Yat. Visitors are welcome to explore the working livestock farm and woodland where there is the possibility of seeing wild deer and badgers. The accommodation has THREE bedrooms all with TV: 1 king-size 1 twin with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 further twin on the ground floor with en-suite shower with WC. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with oak beams and sills cut from the owners woodland TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: spacious and well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave washing machine tumble dryer dishwasher fridge/freezer and oak table. Outside: large private south facing patio with furniture and BBQ overlooking the garden which attracts wild birds and butterflies. Amenities: parking for 4 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. Storage facilities available for bikes. Additional info: additional bed can be provided by request in one of the twin rooms at an extra 10. Location: pubs restaurants and shops in Monmouth 2 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
